Premier Refrigeration Limited conducted a 2 month Customer Satisfaction Survey to understand the Customer Satisfaction levels of the entire customer base since 1985. Not only was the product considered, but also the service, the response, the communication and the over all satisfaction from expectations of our customers. Over 1500 Customers were reached by email, telephone, SMS, Social Media and an entire poll was drawn after which the results were calculated by an automated software. The process was very much necessary for PREMIER to re-empower it’s customer service and product quality benchmark. We are more than pleased to publish the results of 2014 to you as under.
